Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information and photographs you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Actual site conditions upon inspection
• Access difficulties not visible in photographs
• Additional stumps or roots discovered on site
• Underground obstacles or complications

We will inform you of any price adjustments before commencing work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Booking and Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
• For commercial accounts, monthly invoicing is available upon approval
• A deposit may be required for larger jobs

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time but cannot be held liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions or equipment issues

Property Access and Safety

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area
• Inform us of any underground utilities, cables, or pipes
• Mark or identify any areas of concern before our arrival
• Keep children and pets away from the work area
• Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords or property managers

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed. We strongly recommend you contact utility companies to mark underground services before we commence work.

Waste and Debris

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Wood chips may be left on site as mulch or removed as requested
• We will clear all debris from the immediate work area
• Removal of wood chips or waste material may incur additional charges
• You may keep wood chips for use as garden mulch at no charge

Liability and Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance. However:

• We are not liable for damage to property not disclosed to us
• We are not liable for the condition of underground utilities or structures
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects
• You must report any damage claims within 48 hours of work completion

Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
